When a reader specifications talks about multi-language it means it has an interface that can be set to these different languages. What language the books are in is only dependent on having the correct fonts installed so long as it is a left to right language. Readers can generally read different language books without having to change the interface language although occasionally the font will only be available when the correct language is selected for the interface.
