They are recent additions, as they are PD in Oz as far as the site administrator knows. The stuff they were carrying before was removed.

It would be nice to have clear cut precedents established.

But as mentioned, I think this is a case of follow the money. It will be an issue insofar as someone thinks they can actually sell the stuff for enough to make trying to enforce the rights worth the while. For the majority of PD here but not there material, I doubt anyone really cares.
