The SiPix stuff is the same they're using in the BenQ nReader K60. A bit poorer white reflectance than e-ink, and slightly faster according to the basic specs on it (though the BenQ was pretty damned slow and unresponsive, but that may have been some other limitation).

Liquavista on the other hand has a higher white reflectance than e-ink, higher contrast, and much greater speed. Completely different beast.
