I ran a test converting something to fb2 and it seemed to work fine. I don't know whether it will work for all formats as fb2 is the only one that I use, other than epub for which I use Calibre.

Correction - I did need to register GflAx.dll to get it to import the cover page.
It would be great if you could update the wiki for Windows 7 use.
