Converter dictionaries for PocketBook

Converter to convert dictionary format XDXF, Dict and Lingvo DSL to a format supported by the e-book PocketBook. To create a dictionary, but the source file, you need to prepare 3 files with information about the source language dictionary:
- Collates.txt - conversion table and lowercase accented characters in uppercase
- Morphems.txt - a list of morphemes (in the following versions of the dictionary will be used to detect word-forms)
- Keyboard.txt - keyboard layout for the source language

Files must be encoded in UTF-8. For Russian and English, these files have already been prepared (and catalogs eng rus). Format collates.txt and keyboard.txt clear from the examples, the description of the format morphems.txt see below.
