It seems the advanced menu only has the options languages, slide show, auto power off, flashing refresh and about. She can't find the option about folder view anywhere. I told her to move her books folder inside the ebooks one, now she sees all of her books, but they're not in folders, and some of them are double or triple.
Her firmware version is version 1,5 (build 1093) 2003-2009. This is the correct one, isn't it?
