I went to a Barnes & Noble just to finish the book. It was actually about 60 pages missing. I also emailed CD Payne himself and got a response from him that he would contact the publisher, and another response that he still hasn't heard from them (though it being the holidays I suppose that's not to surprising). Well, now I've finished and can move on to Revolting Youth. Hopefully there will be no missing pages there. I also asked CD Payne if he knew if the publisher had plans to publish the other Nick Twisp books as ebooks. He said he did not know and they don't bother to tell the writer when they do.
