New to this, just bought a SmartQ 7
First let me say hello to everyone, I am new to this and I am really hoping that someone here can help me. I bought a SmartQ 7 and finally recieved it three days ago, the problem is that I have not been able to use it. First I had problems w/ connecting to my wireless network, I figured that out but now there is some issue with Midori web browser, it keeps coming up w/ an error telling me that the file or directory does not exist (Error stating file'/usr/share/doc/midori/user/midori.html':No such file or directory). I have emailed the company directly as well as the company I bought it from, and another site that mentions some knowledge of this device, the only thing I have been told is to reflash the device, the problem is that I do not know how to reflash it. I would greatly appreciate any help in this situation. I am sorry that my first introduction is a request for help but I really need to be walked through this.
