Just some questions to help solve the problem.

Can you open the lrx and read it using the Reader Library software?

When you tried to drag it to the reader using the Reader Library software you didn't get the message to "Re-download the ePub version"? (I've seen others mention this before somewhere.)

Have you tried dragging it to your reader using ADE?
