Only two things:
1) Hyperlinks
2) Support for more/user-added fonts
I'd actively resist/sell it on ebay if the following were added:
1) Substantial DRM support (it often screws up other things)
2) Color (no, no, no, it screws up the good daylight readability)
3) Touchscreen (see Color above)
