If I understand your complaint, Waterstones promised 100 classics already installed, but the truth was that you get 125 classics downloaded from the site instead.
Sounds to me like six of one, 63/100ths of a dozen of the other.
Enjoy your 600 - it's a good machine, with lots of content available for it.
Oh, and I read Shakespeare all the time.
