The problem is that the Kindle store is not really open to those of us who don't own a Kindle. Sure you can use Kindle for PC and go through the meriad additional steps to get the file readable on your device.

Amazon also seem to have much harsher geo-restrictions that makes workarounds a bit of a problem.

www.inkmesh is a good one. However none that I know of will be able to take Micropay into account. They all just show the listing price of the ebook in question.
