Finally finished Tomorrow on the train this morning, yay! I can't tell you how relieved I was when I found out that the last 5 pages were in fact not part of the book, "about the author" kind of stuff.
I wouldn't describe it as a bad book, exactly. After all, the writing style (and grammar

) is much better than many books I've read recently. But it's not great, not enough to compensate for the silliness of the story. It's a very ordinary story of ordinary people, and that would be perfectly OK with me if the writing was extra-ordinary, but it isn't.
I've been buying or downloading way too many books lately, now I need to decide which one I want to start on. And of course, finish Louis XIV and keep on reading Proust (that one's going to be ongoing for a while anyway).
