Well it definitely works with promotional titles. 3 have appeared in the last day.

I did notice there was a glitch where titles that were free but not any more had slipped through because used & new copies(!) were $0.00 - but hopefully I've fixed that now.

Interestingly all 3 of the titles that appeared in the last day were only free for a few hours.
