Yesterday I received an announcement of a new 500 update from "Reader Store Support"

I don't recall seeing this kind of message before. I guess I am hyper-sensitive to the possibility of phishing emails. I do not open emails that I fear. I first read them w/o displaying HTML content and attachments. Sometimes I do not down load emails after I see headers. The AV software I use tries to protect me from suspect URL, but I don't depend upon it.

Is Sony sending announcement like this now?
