The biggest thing for me is a way to sort side loaded books. I refuse to buy any books from B&N even though their books can be sorted as my way of protest. Luckily Sony ePub books look great on the nook. They also need to fix the issue with bookmarks. I am tired of having to pick out a obscure word or phrase on the book I am reading so I can do a search for that word to get to the last page I am reading.
