In Texas, brisket (NOT corned beef!!!) is available in every supermarket meat department, and usually at a fairly decent price. I paid $13 for mine (at a restaurant), which I was extremely happy with since it was a giant portion, and included onion straws and some BBQ sauce. I'd fedex you my leftovers, but I'm having them for lunch tomorrow
