There is currently a conflict of having both PDF and ePub library books on your reader at the same time. Overdrive and Sony are aware of the problem and should be working on a solution.
The only solution for now, is to delete all the library borrowed PDF's on your reader before loading any ePubs. A copy of your borrowed ebooks will still be on your computer (unless they are overdue), so they can be copied back to your reader any time before they expire.
One solution is to read all the PDF's on your reader first, then delete them or return them, then copy all your ePubs to your reader and read them. Another work-a-round would be to only copy one library book at a time to your reader, then delete it before copying a library book of a different format to your reader.
