I thought that Les Echos had the right number to call, if they needed help from iRex. Otherwise you should leave a message on their forum, or even PM Karel/Matthijs.

Je pensais que Les Echos avaient le bon contact pour cela chez iRex en cas de problème.
Sinon la meilleure solution c'est un message sur leur forum plutôt qu'un mail. Un message privé à Karel/Matthijs sera nettement plus efficace.
