I never said I was - I merely pointed out that the fact that such a basic bug slipped though even after they worked on the software for much longer than they originally claimed they would, doesn't bode well for their development strategies. A buggy release is one thing. A late release another. A late and buggy release is really bad.

When a few months have gone and this isn't fixed, then you can begin complaining. For now let's wait and see all right ?

I'm not asking you to worry about it - if you're happy to wait and give Bookeen the benefit of the doubt, that's fine for you. Just don't blame me for not doing so after their recent track record. I can accept your position, please accept mine, as well, even if you don't share it.
Although you seem to be perfectly fine in giving Bookeen plenty of time to push out their updates without any explanation for delays, a lot of their customers obviously aren't - and unless Bookeen is content to lose business from everyone who isn't as patient as you are, they should do something about their PR policy ASAP. It's not expensive, but helps re-gaining lost customer trust, getting repeat business and good word-of-mouth.
And for the record: I like my Cybook - that's why I'm complaining instead of quietly abandoning Bookeen. Actually, I'm only using 1.5 anyway right now, but seeing how Bookeen handles this 2.0 bug will probably be the one thing that'll decide whether I'm even going to consider buying another Bookeen device ever again. (Right now, I wouldn't - but if they suddenly surprise me with really good service, I might reconsider.)
