table of contents clickable?
Sorry for the noob question. It seems all the table of contents for the newspaper recipes that come with calibre are not clickable. For instance, you click on the title of the article and instead of sending you to the article itself it just sends you to the top of the table of contents again. I'm using an iphone and stanza with epub format.
