Alot of pdfs do re-flow quite well on my PRS-505, but anything with photos or dual columns causes my Sony reader fits.

I am anxiously awaiting more information on the Que proReader.

Since the OP said that he/she could wait until at least mid-January, I would suggest that the OP wait and hope the proReader will be a good alternative to the options already raised in this thread.
