Save to Disk: How to use Calibre with Windows Mobile devices?

We have multiple Windows Mobile Devices. Some can be seen as a USB drive, and others have SD cards that are inserted into USB readers. I'm trying to figure out the best way to use Calibre with these devices.

What I'd like to do is set up a list of hierarchically ordered preferred formats. Then select 5 books, Save to Disk, and have Calibre send the 5 books in the best format I have, and if I don't have any format on my preferred list, to do a converison.

I don't have a true ebook reader, but I think that's what Calibre does now for e-readers, so I think my question is whether Save to Disk can be set up like an e-reader, to save one copy of multiple selected books in the best format available, and convert if one of the desired formats is not available.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks, and Happy Holidays to all.
