Hey guys me and my wife been find the same probs for 3 days. We would get 2027,1106, and a continued software install error. Even after library and everything downloaded. This is what I finally did and its all good now, just a few miniutes ago. We went to the adobe web site. loged n our account. then downloaded "Adobe digital edition." You have to make sure u have this or you will always and still continue to recieve the same errors. The reader is working great now. Hope this helps. Let me know. Merry Chrismas
