If this works, you newbies can download books to a folder called "ebooks" you make on your desktop, and then plug in your reader. Then simply dragndrop your book from "ebooks" onto your reader icon in "my computer."
Both of these guys have the Library in, they are just trying to move books they bought over to their Reader. I mentioned that they should try and get some books on here and put them on their Reader, they should work.

They should try it your way first though, maybe that'll narrow down the problem.
