I've got a Kindle international and am using it in the UK. I've bought a lot of books and am enjoying using it. Some of the books I've got are only available in the UK location.

However I'm frustrated to see that, if I log out of my amazon.com account and then browse the store with a US location there are a number of books I'd like to buy which are not available with a UK location (some of them are cheaper as well - I'm not worried about that).

If I change my location to the US (I understand from other threads in this forum I can do that whilst still using a UK credit card) do I lose the UK books I've brought? How often can I change location (to get books that are only available in the UK)?
