Except Amazon isn't in the business to defer payments. They are a retail establishment, not a car dealership.
As for the plans you mentioned........you get those only with excellent credit, or if your credit isn't so good, you pay thru the nose for financing.

Nah.....you can download the kindle for pc app now.....(free) and buy as many kindle books as you want, and read on your computer.
When you do buy a Kindle, they will be there waiting for you to send them to your device.....
