With the help of pdurrand, I managed to fine-tune my first ebook in epub format (Enya and James In The Land Of Magic). I have it on the
Kids of Nature website as well as on Lulu.com.
I am very frustrated that many ebook vendors on the web (Amazon, Sony) do not allow me to create an account as they request a
US bank account. Other places like SmashWords only accept
doc/rtf formats (I generate ePub from database). Then some places I have found only distribute
free ebooks which is great (but my book should raise funds for the organization, so I must sell it)... so the choice is quite limited.
My question is simple : in my case, what are my best options to sell this children ebook?
