I didn't buy many hardcovers before my Sony Reader. I bought the Sony so I could have books with me and not worry about finishing one and not having another to start.
And I would not have bought
Under the Dome in hardcover had I not had a reader. All the Stephen King hardcovers I own came from library sales. Epps has it all ass backwards. We buy our readers so we can read eBooks and not hardcovers.
