if you install SciFiFan fbreader version here https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65843 or here (older version that still works) https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65865, you won't need to use the buttons to turn the pages.

Use the file from the german thread and the explanations from the english one (the newest file is apparently only in the german thread)

It really works !
