I got from a Chinese retailer a 4.8 inch, 480x272 resolution GPS that comes with a light version of windows ce5. Tried to read e-books (pdf) on the device but it was uncomfortable and strained my eyes a lot so maybe LCD readers are not for me after all or is it just the screen of this one that's not very good for reading? I got to see one of these 7 inch tablet devices from up close before I make up my mind.

And something a little irrelevant (this is supposed to be a review thread, right? ). Do you people think that OLED screens will be the solution for those that can't stand reading on LCD?
