Cooking tomorrow's brown sugar roast pork in the slow-cooker at the moment. Also have a shoulder of ham and a roast turkey in the downstairs fridge. The Loved One is making the salads. My sister and brother-out-law (and nephew and dog) will be bringing over brioche, foie gras and a sweet wine (I'm guessing a Monbazillac) for entrée, and my sister's doing a cheesecake (cherry?) for dessert with Champagne (Piper-Heidsieck). The cold meats and salads for lunch will be with Brown Brothers Moscato .
Okay, so there's also chips, biccies, cheeses, lollies and a whole lot of other crap to eat too.
(I've hidden the liquorice in the wine fridge, hoping it is forgotten about, so that I can eat it all by myself on Boxing Day

)
Cheers,
Marc (on a very warm, very humid, but typical summer day, expecting more of the same for Christmas. LAST ONE IN THE POOL'S A MEMBER OF THE WILL FERRELL FAN CLUB!)
