I just got back my 505 back after a month at Sony for repair. All the books that were loaded on my 505 are GONE. That's right, they are GONE, it's as if the reader never had any books loaded. Even had to Authorize it again as if it never existed on my computer. So be careful if you send yours to Sony for repair. Make sure to back up your books and be prepared to do without the reader for a good month. Other than that, the reader is working and I'm very happy to have it back.
