Daffy ~ If it makes you feel any better, I think you have very nice handwriting for an irate person (completely justified, of course). My 21 year old son and I were just talking about the "entitlement" generation. People think they are entitled to do what ever they like. This seems like just another instance of assumed entitlement. What would really be great is if you had one of those little spy cameras so that you could catch the culprit on tape and then post it on YouTube with accompanying vocal commentary explaining the situation.
