And this is a bit of a problem, this PR is from the Kobo folks, who tried to speak authoritatively about B&N, when they are wrong. Go forward a year or so, and they will probably be correct then, but it certainly isn't correct now.

Considering Kobo launched well after B&N launched the nook, I seriously doubt the AP PR that people are quoting is even from B&N, like you say.

But now that we have other groups stating things in contradiction to Adobe and B&N, they are not helping make this situation any clearer.
