I am having a lot of problems with the reader library as well. Everything is stuck in an endless "syncing" or "waiting" mode and nothing seems to be moving. This is very frustrating. For the money we paid, the thing should work. If it is their software, then it should have been fixed by now. I think I should have just asked for one with better reviews. I don't think the Kindle can access as many different types of files, but if it is more reliable, maybe I should go with that. Too bad it doesn't come in red though!
