Vacuum Flowers and other novels by Michael Swanwick. His short stories are available in collections from baen, but not his novels, I emailed him, here's what he had to say in October 09:

I don't think any of my novels are currently available online, just a scattering of stories. (If any of my novels are available, I'd appreciate knowing where, so I can ask my agent if they're legitimate.) When I finish the novel I'm currently wrapping up, I'll look into the possibility of arranging for my books to be sold as downloads.
But for now . . . unfortunately, there's not a lot of help I can offer. Tor is thinking of reissuing my first two books, but they'll certainly want my new one in hand before they commit to that.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help to you. A couple of years down the line, things should look different. But for now, all I can offer are my apologies.
