Well, I couldn't find one where Sherlock turns bloodsucker, but I did find one where he battles a bloodsucker.

Sherlock Holmes vs. Dracula (Paperback) by Loren Estleman

There's an Old Time Radio version, but I'm not sure if it's the same as Estleman's version. It lists John Moffatt and Timothy West under Artist/Composer. David March is Count Dracula.
