Depends on what format you have. If it is a commercial ebook in epub or something like this, you will have to remove the DRM and the Calibre can convert it. If it is a freebie from here, you can download the new format or ave Calibre convert the file you already have. All of my books are either liberated epub/ereader converted to HTML, or else unencrypted LRF from Fictionwise multiformat books or downloads here. So for me easy to convert.
