Very interesting. I went through this and among my top 5 results was the new smartphone I bought (Nokia 3650). I ranked cell capability low, but email/web surfing high, which probably explains it.
Don't know if this is where you saw it, but Brighthand links to myproductadvisor with a pop-up. Right now they're the feature on the site.
