These all have the characteristic "tell" on the Kindle web page of not listing the filesize under product details, for example:
Quote:
Product Details

* Format: Kindle Edition
* Print Length: 320 pages
* Publisher: Cumberland House Publishing (September 30, 1996)
* Sold by: Amazon Digital Services
* Language: English
* ASIN: B001HBI4BI
With an AZW ebook, there would typically be a "File Size:" before "Print Length. Checking the sample is a good idea if you really want the ebook, but if you are on the fence then no file size might be enough to indicate no sale.
