The 100% rebate isn't a mistake. Fictionwise regularly have a few ebooks at 100% rebate when bought with new money, not with micropay.

Occasionally they do make a mistake and a 100% rebate is available when paying with micropay, which really does mean a free book.

By choosing when to buy, you can average 50% discount or more over the long term.
