I ordered my Kindle 2 on Nov 19th at 3:30 pm and it arrived Nov 20 at 1 pm ... and I live in Canada. This order was shipped from the US and made it through customs and to my front door in under 22 hrs.

I'm not sure what the complaint really is?

BTW, the order arrived four calendar days earlier than promised.
