Well, there's .zipped HTML on the disk (or so the link says.) So, you know,
pkzipc -extract over=all
dir /b *dex.htm
rbmake -o thing thing.htm
would do it.
However, some of those files were made when I was experimenting with unicode, so I'll try to put something together.
