Personally I think I will not upgrade, you had a lot of hassle to get it arranged. Yesterday I did some testing removing DRM from ePUB and converting it to LRF, and that works fine.

The only cost was transporting it to the US via post.

Yep, this is a good reason. I've had to discount the 900 and the Nook (their cellular support to my knowledge is useless in Australia - and AFAIK the Nook wi-fi only works with the B&N store which I can't use in Australia either).
