heh. no worries. this is paris, not canada. there was one winter where the canal famously froze so solid and for so long that people got in the habit of walking across it on the ice ; when it finally began to thaw the had to post policemen along the banks to prevent anyone from falling in. but that was exceptional. that's crazy that the Edmonton Queen got stuck though. did it freeze in an instant ? or how did that happen ? and how will she get unstuck ? wait for spring ???
