Because typing "mobigen
somebook.epub" into a command line just isn't hard enough to warrant one.
If you mean an ePub reader that supports Adobe DRM, that won't happen (as has been discussed many times) as the Mobipocket license doesn't allow use on ereader devices that support other DRM schemes.
