Most do hyperlinks. The Kindle K2 and DX uses the joystick to select. (K1 let you select a line and if it had more than one hypelink presented a menu to choose).

The Hanlin devices (BeBook, Astak) implement hyperlinks in different ways for different formats. Mobis have a "hyperlink" key which then put a number next to each link. type the number and go. ADE treats one of the page-forward keys are starting hyperlink selection using forward and back, and "OK" to go.

Pocketbook uses a similar approach to the ADE method, but on all formats and does it very well.
