I was going to do the same thing, i own a Kindle 2 and bought a Nook for my wife, i did open it and tested the device.. and after some days i just put the nook on sale, why ?
Because i will be the tech support for my wife and she will be bothering me with "why it skips pages ?", "why the touch screen don't respond the way i want ?", "why it just crashed ?".. etc, etc, etc.
