Something like that, probably different shape or colour I'd imagine.

Downside of most LED lights is that they tend to dim over time since their output is not regulated. Those tiny lights that use CR2032 won't last that long and batteries are more expensive (not too bad if ordered online, though)

If you're not using it often I suppose it might be a good idea. The lights that attach to your ears are pretty lightweight.

It really depends on your needs.
Another plug for headlamps. Many brands of headlamp is regulated, so it doesn't burn like crazy. My headlamp also uses CR123, which are very expensive (except online), but quite light. Regulation is key though, so I still get the 2 week burns with those batteries.
